Why we use ServeManager
We use ServeManager as our primary case and job management system. It keeps all eviction and civil process
work in one place: service attempts, dates and times, notes from the door, photos, and final returns. This
cuts down on missed details and lets us answer what happened with an actual timeline instead of guesswork.
For repeat clients, ServeManager makes life easier. Jobs can be assigned, tracked, and billed from the same
system. You can receive updates, view history, and see when attempts were made without chasing separate
spreadsheets and emails. It also helps us keep invoices organized and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
ServeManager is built around handling real legal documents and organized records, not random photos from a
phone gallery. We expect to work from proper documents or PDFs, because that is what gets printed, served,
and, if needed, put in front of a judge. Photo kiosks handle pictures. We handle legal papers.

What to expect after you submit
Once we receive your intake, either through ServeManager or by email, we will review the documents and the
deadlines, make sure the job is a good fit for our coverage area, and then confirm fees and service attempts
with you. Most eviction related work can be started by email, without a trip to the office.
